Madlytics is an analytics and journaling platform designed to help users track and evaluate their trading performance. The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

Madlytics does not provide financial, investment, brokerage, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made solely by the user at their own risk.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any data you enter into the platform.

Trading involves substantial financial risk and may result in the loss of capital.

Madlytics offers a Free plan and paid Pro subscription plans. Plan features and pricing are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.

Pro subscriptions may include a free trial period. After the trial ends, continued use of Pro features requires an active paid subscription.

Trial access may be limited to one per user or organization.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring cancellation before renewal if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding, design, and content, are owned by Madlytics or its licensors.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the platform. You grant us a limited license to process such data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We use cookies and analytics tools as described in our Privacy Policy. When you visit our website, you will be asked to accept or decline the use of analytics cookies. You can manage or reset your preferences at any time through your account settings or by revisiting the site.

We aim to provide a reliable platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• Necessary for platform security

You may terminate your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, competent courts.
