Billing Terms

Free Plan
The Madlytics Free Plan is available at no cost and includes access to core features with a limit of 25 trade entries. No payment information is required to use the free plan.
The free plan is available indefinitely. We reserve the right to adjust feature limits with advance notice.
Pro Monthly Plan
The Pro Monthly plan is billed at $10.00 USD per month. It includes unlimited trade entries, performance analytics, filtering and export features, and priority support.
Billing occurs on the same day each month (your billing anchor date), starting from when your paid subscription begins.
Pro Yearly Plan
The Pro Yearly plan is billed at $99.00 USD per year, equivalent to approximately $8.25/month. It includes all Pro features and saves approximately 18% compared to monthly billing.
Billing occurs annually on your subscription anniversary date.
14-Day Pro Trial
All new users are eligible for a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start the trial.
During the trial period, you have full access to all Pro features. The trial is available once per user account and is non-transferable.
If you do not start a paid subscription after the trial ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan with applicable feature limitations.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at our discretion.
When Billing Starts
Billing begins when you enter your payment details and confirm a paid subscription. If you are on a free trial, billing does not start until you choose to upgrade after the trial ends.
You will receive an email confirmation when your paid subscription begins.
Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We will send a reminder email before each renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account billing settings at any time.
If a subscription payment fails or cannot be processed, access to Pro features may be temporarily suspended or limited until payment is successfully completed. Continued failure to process payment may result in cancellation of your subscription.
Cancellation Timing
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have Pro access until that date.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data. You can re-subscribe at any time.
Refunds
Madlytics does not offer refunds for subscription payments, including partial or unused billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
You may upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Switching between Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly plans is handled at the next billing cycle. Downgrading from Pro to Free takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your access will revert to Free plan limits.
Continued access to Pro features depends on maintaining an active paid subscription.
Taxes
Prices listed are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may be added based on your location. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
Tax collection and remittance is handled via Stripe in supported regions.
Currency conversion rates applied by your payment provider may vary depending on your location.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing or plan structures in the future. Any material changes will be communicated in advance.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your full payment card details.
